This 3-phase project included a 23,800 sq. ft. addition and a full renovation of the existing elementary school, along with extensive site upgrades. The new addition delivered classrooms, a main office suite, a gymnasium, and updated structural systems throughout. Site work involved new access points, parking, drainage/stormwater management, and new playground areas. Interior renovations modernized electrical, fire alarm, ceilings, doors, finishes, and classroom systems. The final phase converted the former gym into a new daycare space accommodating over 40 children.
