This project involved the construction of a 7,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered steel building within the Grimsby Industrial Park. The facility was designed with integrated overhead and jib crane systems, and features a high-tolerance concrete floor finished with a densifier sealer to support the metal fabrication operations.
